During this time, items are prepared, inspected, and packed to ensure they arrive in optimal condition.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
2) Shipping Times
Once processing is complete, orders ship with an estimated international transit time of 9 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: 12 business days (3 days processing + 9 days shipping).
Timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, weather, or local holidays.
3) Shipping Coverage
We ship worldwide, except to countries or regions restricted by customs regulations, safety policies, or extraordinary circumstances.
If your country or address is unavailable for shipping, we will notify you.
4) Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm your order.
In some countries, taxes, import duties, or customs fees may apply. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.
5) Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor delivery.
Tracking typically becomes active 24–48 hours after dispatch.
6) Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Velinail is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incomplete or incorrect address information.

Velinail is not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs processes in the destination country
Carrier strikes or incidents
Force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters, public health emergencies, etc.)
