Welcome to Velinail (“we,” “us,” “our”). We operate this store and website—including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services—to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). The Services are powered by Shopify technology.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and the policies referenced in them describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

1. ACCESS & ACCOUNT
By accepting these Terms, you represent that you are of the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and that you consent to the use of the Services by any minors in your care on devices you own or manage.
To use the Services (including browsing the store or purchasing products), you may be asked for certain data such as your email address, billing address, payment method, and shipping address. You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you have all necessary rights to provide it.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to anyone else.
2. OUR PRODUCTS
We strive to display our products and services accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary based on your device and settings.
We do not guarantee that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations or exactly match online imagery.
Product descriptions may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and to limit quantities for any person, region, or jurisdiction.
3. ORDERS
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Velinail may accept or reject your order at our sole discretion. An order is accepted only when we confirm acceptance and process payment. Please review your order carefully; we may not be able to honor cancellation requests once an order is accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal/household use only and not for resale or commercial export.
4. PRICING & BILLING
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in your order confirmation email. Unless expressly noted otherwise, posted prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import duties.
Prices on our online store may differ from prices offered elsewhere by third parties. Promotional terms, where applicable, govern over these Terms in the event of conflict.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update email, card numbers, and expiration dates as needed to complete transactions and contact you.
You represent and warrant that (i) your payment information is true, correct, and complete; (ii) you are duly authorized to use the payment method; (iii) your issuer will honor charges; and (iv) you will pay all amounts due, including shipping, handling, and applicable taxes.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services—including trademarks, marks, text, samples, images, graphics, product reviews, video/audio, and their design/selection/arrangement—are owned by Velinail, its affiliates, or licensors and protected by U.S. and international IP laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Services without prior written consent. No license or right is granted except as expressly stated.
Velinail names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Velinail and its licensors. Shopify names and marks are trademarks of Shopify. Other names/logos are the property of their owners.
7. OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” and “as available,” without warranties or endorsements. You assume all risk for your use of such tools and must review and agree to any applicable third-party terms. New features or resources may be offered in the future and will also be subject to these Terms.
8. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
The Services may contain materials or links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating such materials/websites and disclaim any liability for your access or use. Review third-party policies before transacting. Complaints regarding third-party products/services must be directed to those third parties.
9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
The Services are powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases occur directly between you and Velinail. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with Velinail, including any injuries, damages, or losses related to products/services purchased. You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Velinail.
10. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy [LINK], and certain data may also be subject to Shopify’s privacy policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify collects and processes personal data related to your access and use in order to provide and improve the Services. 11. FEEDBACK
If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, plans, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback for any purpose, including commercial use. You represent and warrant that you own necessary rights, have disclosed any incentives, and that your Feedback complies with these Terms. We have no obligation to keep Feedback confidential, compensate you, or respond. We may monitor, edit, or remove content we deem unlawful, offensive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or infringing.
12. ERRORS, INACCURACIES & OMISSIONS
Information on the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability). We reserve the right to correct, change, or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, at any time without notice (including after you submit an order).

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not use the Services: (a) for unlawful or malicious purposes; (b) to violate laws or regulations; (c) to infringe IP rights; (d) to harass, abuse, defame, or intimidate; (e) to transmit false or misleading information; (f) to upload or reuse material that violates these Terms; (g) to send spam, chain letters, or similar content; (h) to impersonate others; or (i) to engage in conduct that restricts or harms others’ use of the Services.
You also agree not to: (a) upload viruses or malicious code; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any part of the Services; (c) harvest or track others’ personal data; (d) send spam/phishing/scams; or (e) interfere with security features. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
14. TERMINATION
We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time, at our discretion, without notice. You remain responsible for amounts due through the termination date. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Unless expressly stated by Velinail, the Services and all products offered through the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free use. Some jurisdictions do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties; some limitations may not apply to you.
16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velinail, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs) arising from your use of the Services or any products, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
17. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velinail, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms, (2) your violation of law or third-party rights, or (3) your access to or use of the Services.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
19. WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver. These Terms, together with policies posted on the site, constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede prior agreements or communications. Any ambiguities shall not be construed against the drafting party.
20. ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms without our prior written consent; any attempt is void. We may assign or transfer these Terms without your consent.
21. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide the Services are governed by the federal and state/territorial courts of the jurisdiction to which Velinail belongs. You and Velinail submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Headings are for convenience only and do not limit these Terms.
23. CHANGES TO THE TERMS
You may review the most current version of the Terms at any time on this page. We may update or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates on our website. You are responsible for checking for changes. We will notify you of material changes as required by law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.

25. REFUND, RETURNS & WARRANTY POLICY (Summary)
Voluntary Returns (15 Days). You have 15 calendar days from delivery to request a return if the product isn’t right for you. Items must be unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Start a return at support@aoker7.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
International Warranty (60 Days). All products include a 60-day warranty for manufacturing defects. Eligible claims may receive a free replacement or full refund. This warranty does not cover misuse, drops, impact/liquid damage, or normal wear and tear.
Damages & Issues. Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items. No returns on custom items, personal-care items, hazardous materials/flammables/gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Exchanges. Return the item first; once approved, place a new order for the desired product.
EU Right of Withdrawal (14 Days). If shipped to the EU, customers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw without reason; the product must meet the same conditions as voluntary returns.
Refunds. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days pass after approval without funds appearing, contact support@aoker7.com.
