🌍 Refund, Return & Warranty Policy
At Velinail, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a clear and transparent policy valid for customers worldwide.
📦 Voluntary Returns (15 Days)
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you change your mind or are not completely satisfied with your product.
The item must be in the same condition as you received it — unused, with tags and in its original packaging.
You’ll also need the proof of purchase.
To start a return, please email us at support@aoker7.com.
If your return is approved, we’ll send you a return label and detailed instructions on how to send the package back.
⚠️ Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
🛡️ 60-Day Warranty for Manufacturing Defects
All our products come with a 60-day international warranty covering manufacturing defects.
This includes any malfunction or factory defect found within 60 days of purchase.
You may request either a replacement or a full refund.
The warranty does not cover:
Misuse or accidental drops
Damage caused by impact or exposure to liquids
Normal wear and tear
📌 For warranty claims, Velinail will cover the return shipping costs.
🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
❌ Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
Custom or personalized products
Personal care items (e.g. beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Items on sale or gift cards
🔄 Exchanges
If you’d like to make an exchange, you’ll need to return the original item first. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired product.
🇪🇺 European Union Customers – Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you live in the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without needing to provide a reason.
The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, and include the proof of purchase.
💳 Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to post the refund.
